Effective upon enrollment in any iGS service, program, or platform.

Welcome to Intuitive Growth System (“iGS”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, programs, communities, services, websites, and materials. By enrolling in any iGS offering—including but not limited to memberships, courses, digital products, DWY/DFY services, and Skool community access—you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We aim to present all policies in a way that is clear, fair, and rooted in integrity.

1. Use of the Platform & Community Spaces

You agree to use the iGS platform, Skool community, trainings, and all resources in a respectful, lawful manner. This includes:

Engaging with others kindly, constructively, and without harassment.

Not misusing the platform for spam, solicitation, or unethical business practices.

Maintaining confidentiality for any private community discussions, materials, or shared content.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to individuals who violate community guidelines or cause disruption.

2. Payment Terms

By enrolling in any membership, subscription, program, or service, you authorize iGS (or its payment processor) to charge the payment method provided for the selected amount and billing frequency.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and accurate.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal of access to the platform and related services.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases, subscriptions, digital content, programs, and services are final and non-refundable.
This policy helps us maintain continuity, uphold commitments to our community, and deliver consistent value.

4. Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellations may be made at any time directly through the Skool platform or via email to [email protected] - Subject "Cancellation".
Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds or partial credits will be issued.

DWY and DFY service agreements include separate terms for cancellation, which will be detailed in your individual service contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through iGS—including training materials, templates, scripts, videos, designs, frameworks, and systems—is the intellectual property of Intuitive Growth System.

You agree not to copy, distribute, resell, or claim ownership of any materials provided, whether free or paid.

Materials are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only.

6. Results Disclaimer

We provide tools, systems, education, and guidance designed to support your growth. However, your results depend on many factors beyond our control—including your commitment, implementation, and unique business circumstances.

Therefore, we do not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes.

What we do guarantee is that we will show up with integrity, offer clear guidance, and genuinely support your path.

7. Service Modifications & Availability

We may update, improve, or modify the platform, offerings, or community structure at any time to better serve you.
We strive to minimize interruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGS, its team members, and its partners are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of income, opportunities, or data

Business decisions made based on advice or materials provided

Your use of the platform and services is at your discretion and responsibility.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and will never sell or misuse your information. Our practices follow standard security and confidentiality protocols.

Some platforms we use (like Skool, Stripe, or other processors) may have their own terms, which you also agree to by using our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
If further action is necessary, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in Florida.

11. Agreement

By participating in iGS programs or accessing the platform, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understand these Terms

You agree to comply with them

You understand the no-refund and cancellation policies

You accept responsibility for your participation and results
