Intuitive Growth System, LLC ("iGS", "we", "us", or "our"), operates the iGS white-labeled software platform, custom API integrations, and related marketing automation services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our Services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

Account Information: Name, email address, billing address, phone number, and payment credentials when you register for iGS.

Client Data: In providing our platform, we act as a data processor for the data our clients upload, collect, or process through the platform (including lead names, emails, phone numbers, and communication histories).

Custom API & Integration Data: Data that transits through our custom-built Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and middleware pipelines hosted on Render, Inc. to facilitate integrations between iGS and external platforms.

Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and routing details collected via networks like Cloudflare, Inc.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and optimize the iGS software platform.

Execute custom API data transfers and automation workflows as directed by our clients.

Power built-in Artificial Intelligence (AI) features, including automated messaging, content generation, and workflow logic via enterprise OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini engines.

Process payments, send invoices, and manage client accounts.

SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with third-party infrastructure partners necessary to deliver our Services (e.g., core database architecture, SMS gateways, cloud hosting engines, and web delivery nodes) as detailed in our active Sub-processor Appendix.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATION DATA COMMITMENTS

For features utilizing AI models:

Data sent to these models is processed strictly to generate the requested output or automation inside your iGS workflows.

We configure our API pipelines and rely on provider enterprise terms to ensure your data is not utilized by these third parties to train public AI models.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

iGS is based in the United States and processes data globally. If you access our Services from the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to safeguard these transfers.
